The design is up to you. We discuss what you want and we produce a sketch for you to approve.


Following that stage we produce the final drawings for submission to the appropriate local authority.We want you to have the finished building you have in your mind and not what you have been persuaded you want.


This again makes the process easier for both parties. Again it takes less time and costs less. If you ask for our advice - we will be honest and open in our response.
