The initial visit is all important. If we need to visit many times the cost will most certainly increase. Therefore the more information we can collect on our first visit the better.


If existing plans are not available - a survey of the existing property will be necessary. This includes the building - inside and out - and the whole site on which the property stands. It is a task that has to be done but with the use of digital photographs we can reduce the time spent.
